Delivery & Returns FAQ

Our wines are shipped by the case: 75 cl bottles in multiples of 6 (6, 12, 18…) and 1.5 L magnums in multiples of 3 (3, 6, 9…). The cart cannot be validated until these quantities are reached.

Yes, you can build your order by selecting several different wines and adding them to your cart before completing your purchase. Mixing counts towards your cases: 6 bottles of 75 cl or 3 magnums, with the wines of your choice.

Yes, all our prices are shown inclusive of tax, excluding shipping costs.

The online store only delivers within mainland France, excluding Corsica. For Corsica, French overseas territories, the European Union, or any other country, contact us directly: we will see together what is possible.

If you order bottles and magnums together, the fees are calculated based on the total number of cases (one case = 6 bottles or 3 magnums).

You pay for your order online by entering your surname, first name, postal address, mobile phone number, and email. We will then call you to schedule the delivery, to your home or a relay point, depending on what is most convenient for you.

Our natural wines are sensitive to heat and frost. In the event of a heatwave or extreme cold, we may suggest delaying shipment by a few days.

Check the condition of the package in the presence of the delivery person. In case of breakage, note precise reservations on the delivery note and notify us upon receipt at anouil@domaine-labenissondieu.fr, with photos as proof: we will find a solution together.
